At Immi Talks, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality services and support. However, we understand that sometimes our services may not meet our customers’ expectations.In such instances, Immi Talks offers refunds after conducting a detailed analysis of the customer’s grievances. Where refund is not possible, we provide compensation with other services to ensure our customers get the value for their investment. Our team is always available to help customers find suitable resolutions that meet their needs. We believe in building strong relationships with our customers and strive to ensure that they are satisfied with our services. – Eligibility for refund
To be eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned below, a customer must have paid for a course(s) within the last 15 days from the date of claiming the refund.
Based on the criteria mentioned above, Immi Talks will consider parents or authorized guardians who have made payments on behalf of students as customers.
– Conditions for refund
Based on the criteria mentioned above, Immi Talks considers refunds only for the following cases:
If a customer has paid the full amount for a Spoken English / IELTS / PTE course, and they do not receive any email for scheduling regular sessions containing zoom link along with the date and time from Immi Talks within 3 working days from the date of purchase. Customer must ensure the following conditions are met to claim refund, provided:
a. Students must have used the correct login credentials to access their zoom account.
b. Students must have coordinated with the Immi Talks team for resolution, especially if the team reaches out after the 3-working days from the date of purchase.
c. If a customer pays an amount that exceeds the price of the course listed on the official Immi Talks website, they will receive a refund for the extra amount paid.
d. If the course teacher cancels 7 or more sessions in a row without giving any prior notice or communicating through official channels such as Telegram, Whatsapp, or Email.
– Possible resolutions other than refund:
If the customer has not paid the full amount and their access to the course is revoked due to this reason, then they will not receive a refund for the amount they have already paid.
For 1:1 sessions, if a session is canceled due to an emergency from either the student / customer or the teacher’s end, and the student/customer is informed beforehand (within 24 hours), then no refund will be granted.
If Immi Talks initiates a refund, it will take at least 7 working days to complete the procedure starting from the date of confirmation of the refund.
– No Refund is offered in the following cases:
- If the customer has not paid the full amount and their access to the course is revoked due to this reason, then they will not receive a refund for the amount they have already paid.
For 1:1 sessions, if a session is canceled due to an emergency from either the student / customer or the teacher’s end, and the student/customer is informed beforehand (within 24 hours), then no refund will be granted.

In case of self prep courses, the student has to use a laptop or desktop for the best learning experience (The course is not available on the mobile or tablets)
